职位：配饰初级跟单员
职位描述：
- 与供应商和外国客户保持沟通（通过电话和/或邮件）
- 与测试中心安排测试并记录结果
- 下订单并跟进，确保按时交货
- 监控并确保订单按时交付
- 生产订单的质量控制
- 与供应商安排信用票据
- 协助新产品的开发，采购和定价
- 检查与货物生产和交付相关的文件（形式、运输文件、提单、ecc.)
- 新供应商采购和工厂 访问
- 告知客户交货日期、生产状态和问题
- 及时响应客户的要求
工作地点：上海市闵行区（8 号线联航路地铁站）
工作类型：实习（一周至少工作 4 天），实习表现优秀即可转正.
开始日期：2023 年 8 月
薪水：人⺠币 200 元 /日
候选人的要求 ：
- 中国国籍
- 中文为母语，英语流利（口头和书面）
- 学士学位
- 熟悉 Office 软件包，特别是 Word 和 Excel
- 需要有一定的组织和沟通（书面和口头）能力
- 渴望学习和进步，热爱服装行业

Job Description
Position: Accessories Junior Merchandiser
Job Description:
- Keep communication with suppliers and foreign clients (by telephone and/or mail)
- Arrange and record lab tests with out-sourced laboratory and within office
- Place orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and ensure that orders are delivered in due time
- Quality control for production orders
- Arrange credit notes
- Assist in new products' sourcing and pricing
- Check documents related to production and delivery of goods (proformas, shipping
documents, bill of lading, ecc.)
- New suppliers sourcing and factories' visits
- Inform clients about delivery dates, production status and issues
- Promptly respond to clients requests
Job location: Shanghai, Minhang Disctrict (Shendu Highway Station, Line8)
Type of job: Full Time Internship (at least 4 days per week).
Full time contract can be offered at the end of the internship in case the intern get an excel-
lent evaluation.
Starting date: August 2023
Salary: 200 RMB/day
Candidates’ requirements
- Chinese nationality
- Native Chinese, fluent English ( verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge of the Office package, expecially Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills needed to
document, interpret and communicate technical results to colleagues and customers.
- Desire to learn and improve
Skills are important for this job but even more so are candidate’s attitude and qualities.
