About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our trade operations. You will be responsible for coordinating order processes within our system, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing data to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and communicate in English in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

ü  Manage the order flow to ensure accuracy and deadlines based on our system data

ü   Coordinate and communicate effectively in English with suppliers, team members, head office in Denmark and the BoConcept stores worldwide.

ü  Handle order changes and delivery requests.

ü  Conduct problem diagnosis and analysis for order and logistics-related issues, proposing   effective solutions.

ü  Assist in maintaining and updating supply chain documentation and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ø  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program.

Ø  Pay attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.

Ø   High sensitivity to data; able to spot discrepancies and identify trends.

Ø  Exceptional patience and a problem-solving mindset when handling complex tasks.

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ø  Strong self-learning ability and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
